Showroom and onsite training centre officially opened in January. Export to Poland and Canada commence.

National distributorship of Pratley D.I.Y. adhesives commences.

Introduction of hardware pre-packs in November.

Accreditation of ISO9001/TS16949 is earned. Export commence in April to USA.

Export move into China – weekly Kanban.
