3D Solid Modelling CAD

Our state of the art CAD system provides us with the ability to confirm the feasibility of tooling and product design for a manufacturing run. In addition, a comprehensive stress analysis (LOAD SIMULATION) on any given design feature can also be obtained through this system.

Order Processing

There are various methods we offer in reference to order processing / Phone / Fax / Email and Electronic Data Transfer(EDI).

Orders can be processed in various ways E.G.JIS (just in time) which is facilitated through a projected firm/forecast schedule provided by the customer, Kanban system etc.

Transportation

We transport product on a global scale. Our main distribution point is based in Melbourne.

Product is despatched FIFO (first in first out)

We offer both a same day and express service for Metropolitan Melbourne as well as an overnight service.

All interstate freight is express. For transit times please contact our sales department.

Packaging

We offer various methods of packaging. Cardboard boxes, reusable hire transfer packaging and pallets, shoebox cartons, fumigated crates, skids etc.

Labelling of all product is fully traceable through identified batch numbers.

Barcodes can be accommodated as well as customer part numbers where required.

Product Training

We offer full training across all our products including the cold forging process, standard fastener product range, product identification and our range of Pratley D.I.Y. Adhesives.
